Create a video blog...instantly.

probably 125 for sales course
and 50% more for broker's course

while this is a stereo type answer, one school can't be much different
than another school BECAUSE, other than mannerisms and
intelligence of instructor --they must all teach the same material
so that the graduate of the school's curriculum is prepared to
take and pass [on the first try, usually] the state test.

My only complaint is that some of the new testing agencies
add "test" questions to the test.........and don't show which
ones the test taker got wrong.

so, if applicable, visit the dif schools [RE school, not a
public school] and interview some faculty personnel.

When you pass the school test, you will be eligible
to take the state test and when you pass that, you
will be sent your state license and then, you interview
dif brokers to see who you want to work with.

keep in mind, there are 100% offices, split offices,
dual agency offices [the dumbest thing in the world]
residential only offices, time share offices, etc.

You can take online courses at any number of online schools. The courses for a salesperson license will cost about $200.

It's unique to each person's situation. I've included a weblink to the California Department of Real Estate for your review and consideration.
