yes taguig is a nice place… prime lots are expensive there.. SnFernando, Pampanga is also a nice location… there are lots of subdivisions there… cavite.. i’m not quite sure… i’m worried about traffic congestion in that particular place…

Those other places are so far off the grid they don’t evan register.

Taguig but start now for it in two years, Fort Bonifacio will look like Makati since it is being commercialized already.
