Good Time To Invest In Real Estate In Los Angeles/inland Empire?

Honestly, anytime is a good time to invest in RE. There are a lot of realtors out there that like to say how “bad” the market is.
This is of course BS. If done correctly market conditions like this are the best for investing. I would recommend learning some investments strategies and going for it! And to get you started here are some things to remember.
1) Remember what real estate is really about (Clue; its not houses).
2) Knowledge is not power – action inspired by knowledge is power.
3)Opportunity knocks louder if you bring your door to it!
